Hey, sometimes there are mistake.  We try to make sure all items are free from manufacturing defects but sometimes one or two may slip through the cracks.

  When something unexpected happens, you can return the item to us for exchange, but the following conditions must be met
1.Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as when delivered to you, unworn, unused and undamaged
2.The shipping costs of returning defective items are borne by the customer
3.The warranty period is 14 days from the original date of purchase
4.All returns and exchanges must be initiated from the original point of sale (Zhejiang)
5.Customized products are not returnable.
